On 13 September 2007, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group invested, 40% interest in enlarged issued share capital , into Golden Fame International Investment Group Limited ("GFIIGL"). GFIIGL is a logistic group of companies in Hong Kong which provides logistic services in Hong Kong and PRC and beneficially owned by Mr. Steve W.F. Lo, Professor JP,. Mr. Lo is the founder of GFIIGL and has over 20 years experience in logistic business in Hong Kong and PRC. Mr. Lo is currently Chairman of The Chamber of Hong Kong Logistic Industry; member of Hong Kong Logistics Development Council; member of the Logistic Services Advisory Committee, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and member of the Executive Committee of Hong Kong Sea Transport and Logistic Association. Through this investment, the Company expected to leverage the extensive logistics experience of Mr. Lo and to tie in with the Company expansion plan in the logistic industry as well as accelerating the mass transit transportation ticketing project of the Group.

1) Golden Fame Shipping Limited (GFS)

Incorporated in 1992, Golden Fame Shipping operates ten (2.5 owned by group company and 7.5 chartered) container feeder vessels, with carrying from 80 TEUs to 150 TEUs to provide feeder shipping services between Hong Kong and Pearl River Delta area of Southern China, including Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Xiaolan, Nanhai and Shenwan. With rapid expansion and in order to provide comprehensive and back-up services, we established 3 offices in Hong Kong and 6 branch office in each domestic port, employing over 300 staff. Last year, we handled not less than 380,000 TEUs and expect a steady growth from year to year. All in all, she is one of the major leaders in feeder services industry in Hong Kong.

2) Golden Fame Delta Shipping Limited

Golden Fame Delta Shipping registered overseas as a BVI company. Its helps group companies to reduce risk in Hong Kong. She owns 2 container feeder vessels, named Zhong Hong 930 and Zhong Hong 932 with carrying capacity 118 TEUs and 90 TEUs to help GFS providing feeder shipping services to our clients. 2 container feeder vessels have China domestic licenses and can carry dangerous & reefer cargoes under effective marine insurance coverage.

3) Golden Ocean Warehouse & Transportation Limited (GOW)

Golden Ocean mainly provides barge and terminal operation services. We have occupied space of over 160,000 sq. ft. and located in Tsing Yi with 3 berths for providing a wide range of terminal services including consolidation of LCL cargoes, loading and discharging of FCL, inland drayage as well as barge service. In terminal, we have well-equipped instruments to support daily operations which including 3 barges (Golden Ocean No. 1, Golden Ocean No. 2 and Golden Ocean No. 8), 2 front loader and 4 forklift.

They mainly help the group companies to provide land haulage services to our clients. Golden Fame Trucking fleet consists of over 58 tractors and 72 trailers with great abundance of complementary equipment to provide local transportation and distribution services in Hong Kong.


7) Golden Fame Insurance Services Limited (GFI)

GFI provides professional insurance consultant services to the clients. We not only offer a full range of general insurance products, but also provide excellent claims services to our clients. It aimed to provide tailor-made and comprehensive coverage to the client as well as claim services.

8) Win & Fame Motor Limited

We occupied 30,000 sq.ft. space area situated in Yuen Long, employs professional automotive technicians to provide the group and their clients with overall maintenance, repair, truck rental and sale services.

9) Full & Fame Oil Product Agency Limited

We are one of the major agencies of "Shell" oil products. Using our oil card, the vehicle owner or driver can enjoy a special discount on consuming Shell's oil products. At present, there are over 1000 vehicles are using our oil card which consume 5 millions liters oil products per year.

10) Zhongshan Golden Ocean International Transportation Company Limited

We have Class 1 Licence for International Freight Forwarding in China under CEPA. Acquisition of the Class 1 Licence gives us much more opportunities to serve the China market directly by bypassing the need for subcontractors. It also gives our company the capability to expand our range of services to include not only ocean, airfreight and export shipments, but other diverse services such as road transport, warehousing transshipment, consolidated cargo, customs clearance, commercial inspections, insurance and transportation consultation. On the other hand, Zhongshan Golden Ocean has already bought a container feeder vessel with 50% share, named as Jiang Hang 968 with carrying capacity 150 TEUs to help GFS providing feeder shipping services.

11) Zhongshan Golden Fame Transportation Company Limited

In order to provide one stop services to our clients, same as Hong Kong, Zhongshan Golden Fame Transportation Company Limited established under CEPA. We have a well equipped transportation fleet, operating 41 container tractors in mainland to handle local transportation and distribution services in PRD areas, especially Zhongshan Cities.

12) Global Cargo International Limited (GCI)

She mainly provides freight forwarding services and specializes in cargo transportation throughout the seven continents. The company provides services including airfreight, ocean freight, Sea air services via Dubai, Bulk cargo transportation and special transportation, Packing, Truck Transportation, Consolidation of LCL, Storage and cargo distribution, Logistics Management.

13) Golden Fame Logistics Holding Limited
Golden Fame Logistics Holding is a holding company used to hold our different subsidiary companies in order to offer a complete package of shipping and logistics services between Hong Kong and Southern China and provide a full range of logistics related services to our clients effectively.

14) Royal Gain Enterprises Ltd.

It is a Chinese Medicine Clinic named as Pak Cho Chinese Medicine Clinic and located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Pak Cho employs Chinese Medicine professor with twenty years' experiences to provide patient all-round medical consultation and treatment. In order to repay the society, we provide fee charge of medical consultation and treatment to the elderly who are over 65 years old at 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. each Tuesday.

17) Echo Chain Shipping Limited

Wintop Shipping, New Wang On and Echo Chain also provide feeder shipping services between Hong Kong and Pearl River Delta Region. Their business activities are basically same as Golden Fame Shipping Limited. Because of the tense competition, it needs another effective strategy to exploit more business opportunities in order to enlarge our group's market share in feeder shipping industry. So, Golden Fame Group invests in these three companies to get more businesses and direct clients. In order to develop more widespread, these three companies concentrate on different area in PRD to develop their feeder shipping business, e.g. Wintop concentrate in Zhongshan Area, including Zhongshan, Shenwan and Xiaolan; New Wang On concentrate in ZhuHai area; Echo Chain Shipping concentrate in both Zhongshan and ZhuHai Area. Each company has also established office in Hong Kong and domestic offices in each port in order to handle transportation matter effectively. In order to save operation cost and smoothen the operation procedure, three companies' operation procedure is partly merging together and utilize their resources each other.

18) Earnward Warehouse Limited

Earnward Warehouse Limited was established in 1991. Through our continuous development during the last decade, we are now having a workforce of more than 100 staff operating in a total warehouse space of 180,000 square feet in Kwai Chung, Yuen Long and Fo Tan. Earnward has developed a strong base for Hong Kong seafreight CFS serving international freight forwarders like Panalpina, Hellmann, CIFF, ShipAir, Evengreen Line, Freightlinks M&S, Scanlogistics, Wako Group and Globe Express, handling over 15,000 containers annually. In order to meet the challenge from globalization and supply chain collaboration, we diversify our business models along the supply chain these years offering Garment On Hanger services, Airfreight operations, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services, pick-and-pack logistics center. Beside the service diversifications, Earnward also expands geographically. In the last 5 years, we expanded in Mainland China rapidly with four branches developed in the Guangdong province - Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Panyu and Shantou with totally warehouse space of 50,000 sq. ft.

19) Winway Container Services Co. Ltd.

Winway Container Services Co. Ltd. was established in 1997. It developed from a 3-tractor-head family-based company to now a corporate-managed company with 23 tractors and 45 trailers offering local haulage services to the international forwarders under Earnward Group, namely Panalpina, Hellmann, CIFF, ShipAir, Evengreen Line, Freightlinks M&S, Scanlogistics, Wako Group and Globe Express.

Winway handles over 13,000 containers annually with an annual turnover of HKD13 millions. To cater the competitive market, Winway has deployed Global Positioning System to some of the tractor heads for internet-enabled container tracing and tracking. Utilizing the One-Port services of receiving electronic mal-receipt and the Road Traffic Monitoring System from the Hong Kong government website, we flexibly manage our on-hand resource and maximize the productivity.

20) Transport Verille and Enterposage Verille

These two companies established in Montreal, Canada. Enterposage Verille mainly provides warehouse services with total space of 60,000 sq.ft. Transport Verille operating 25 container tractors providing local haulage services in Montreal. In order to make sure the goods can deliver at the right time and in the right form, she has also deployed Global Positioning System to all of the tractor heads for internet-enabled container tracing and tracking. Last year, Transport Verille handles over 30,000 containers with an annual turnover of five millions Canadian dollars.
